Once you've decided BEP is a good fit as your senior photographer, we'll send over our scheduling link via email. Upon opening the scheduling link, you'll choose your session date and package, sign the contract, generate the invoice for your package and pay a 50% retainer. This retainer ensures your session date is reserved exclusively for you. The balance of your invoice is due one week after your session date and must be paid in full before any digital or physical products are delivered.
Central Ohio is known for being able to fit all 4 seasons into one week; sometimes even one day! We are constantly watching the weather and will let you know if we think it's safe to shoot or find a different day. We always have reschedule days blocked on the calendar, just in case.
Yes, yes yes! We love when seniors suggest locations that are meaningful to them. We also have a long list of location ideas all over Central Ohio if you need options.
We are here every step of the way to give you wardrobe recommenations! We know what photographs well (and what doesn't) and will be with you throughout the planning process to make sure we have the perfect outfits planned for each location. Oh, and we have an insanely cool style closet that is open to all of our clients to borrow from!
From the president of the nervous in front of the camera club, I'm here to say I TOTALLY GET IT! But do not fear. I will show you exactly what to do. And here's a little secret; my shooting style feels way less like posing and much more like just playing around with a friend. By the time we're finished you will laugh at how easy it truly is and you will love how confident you feel.
Approximately 2 weeks after your session we will meet back at the studio for your reveal. It's super important that all decision makers are able to attend the reveal as this is when you will first see your images. This is also when we will begin to narrow down the images you want for your digitals as well as any print products. Once your favorites are selected, we spend a few days on final retouching and get them over to you in the online gallery you will download them from.
*Senior Mini Sessions are offered Mondays and Fridays from September through November, with extended availability January through June. Outdoor sessions are scheduled approximately one hour before sunset to take advantage of the most beautiful natural light.
